As if it isn't bad enough that the City Of Johannesburg Municipality is well known for their useless service and endless billing queries, but when they do send someone around to sort out a query they have an employee of the council with a shockingly bad attitude and abusive language. Poor form "Daniel" (who would not give me his surname) from Johannesburg Water - POOR FORM. City Of Johannesburg Municipality has a lot of work to do before they can actually life up to their slogan - "A World Class African City"
