We live in Victoria St, Kensington B, Randburg.
1 On Monday the 7th of October at 6pm the power went off. I phoned and 4 hours later it came back on at 10pm.
2 On Saturday the 19th of October at 3pm the power went off again. It came back on at 11pm, 8 hours later.
3 On Monday the 21st at 00:15 the power went off again and came back on at 12:45pm, 12 hours later.
4 This evening, Monday the 21st, the power went off again.
We have a baby who is 3 months old, and he is on formula so we have to use gas to warm up and sterilise bottles.
This morning I was on hold for 33 minutes on my cellphone when the call was cut. I phoned again and was on hold for another 30 minutes when it was answered.
Tonight I was on hold for 26 minutes when the call was cut again. As I type here I have been on hold again for 20 minutes so far.
The reason I must hold is because they don't mention Kensington B, only Kensington. Also, St Georges St has power, Victoria St does not.
I am very tired of getting no service from the Call Centre and poor service from City of Joburg.
