In July 2009 I was involved in an a car accident, taxi to be specific. I applied for compensation through a legal entity late in 2009. After that I made several follow ups with RAF (Road Accident Fund), and have been given the ref number of S00466. The last time I called the institution was in October 2011 and found that there was no progress. Today I also called and nothing has been done about the claim.
This is a high-level of poor service shown by RAF. Someone should have comeback to me and keep me update about my application, or updated their system for their consultants to convey the progress status of the claim.
I need feedback of what is happening.
