To whom it may concern. After 2 days of unsatisfactory service of sitting for hours and then told the system was offline at Bellville Labour department my fiance 37weeks pregnant was referred to the Goodwood branch where she then travelled to by taxi only to told by a light of complexion male with green eyes called Joseph that he cant help her she must go back to the Bellville branch after helping everyone before her; when she said they sent her there from Bellville he said he dont care he's not gona help her. She just wanted him to submit her maternity Uif forms which was all correct but instead he showed her away and then today she tried to called the Bellville branch almost whole afternoon to know if the systems back on but nobody picked up. Is there anyone that can reply from the department of labour and get this Joseph guy to apologise for being so rude and unprofessional. They earn good money so please make them give good service
