On the 18th of December 2011, Ndumiso Moyisi Somhlahlo had an accident in Mthatha... was injured in the head and was in ICU for 3days... but managed to recovery. and the matter was passed to the Attorneys to manage his Road Accident fund and the claim was submitted same month. and usually it takes atleast a year for the payout, other people that had accidents before him got their payouts.
