After a traumatic road accident in 2004;eventually the road accident fund undertook liability to cover all medical costs resulting from the accident. After multiple orthapedic and physio treatment trials, eventually it was revealed that a cartilidge tear required an anthroscopy operation. The fund agreed to the first quotation, but time had passed by the time of approval and the surgeon no longer performed the procedure. I was asked to get a second quote. A mri scan was done at the sports science insitute .a quotation for anthroscopy was supplied to the fund. They now have reversed and state a report that the injury is not accident related. How can it not be since it is present in every medical report supplied from the beginning?
