Today I was at sars edenvale to register my business for Income tax. They use a number system which I as given a number at reception. my number gets called up and I go to see the consultant who only gives me income tax papers to fill in without explaining anything and asks me to wait outside and fill them in then wait In the que to wait my turn again. Then a consultant passing by comes and I quote (hurry it up stop drawing pictures on the forms you are wasting time) unquote then I ask him for help then he just walks away, shouting to his colleagues that I'm drawing picture saying it's time to close. But when I walked in I read the times and Monday - Friday it's till 16h00, and the time of my incidence was 15h25. Very displeased with the treatment I received in general from this branch.
