Turn around time not met

I requested tax ref number for my late mother on the 220313 and I was told to wait for 10days even though I've advised that I needed it urgently..I waited as instructed by consultant & went back on the 030413 but only to find out that she completed incorrect form for someone who is still alive. They told me there's nothing they can do, I just have to wait for another 7days even though it's their fault. I stay at Ulundi [RURAL]& I pay R200 taxi fare to Richardsbay hence we don't have the SARS there. I refuse to wait another 2weeks. Can someone sort this out for me immediately! I also want refund for an extra R200 fare to be incurred due to SARS's negligence. They are quick to tell us about the rules & yet they don't abide by them.
