UNABLE TO PROCESS EFILING DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPT

Hi there

I have emailed my query in a week ago and still no feedback!

I have been struggling with trying to process my taxes via efilling. I have raised more than 5 logs and spent an entire day at the SARS office in Randburg last year and I am still unable to process my claim. Initially it was related to my banking details, now I am just not able to do anything.

The last advice offered to be is to re-register for my e-filling as a company of which I am not - I am an individual. My last e-filling access has been deleted by your team and I am not sure how to proceed. I have asked for my matter to be escalated numerous times and was promised a call-back from a manager last year after being advised to register as a company. That call-back never happened.

Please advise on how I can proceed?
