These people are totally useless they take our money but can't help.
I was trying to submit my 3yr old sons tax return as his a minor. Last year I stood in long queues at sars to take all of my details and link his profile to mine so that I can do all his returns.
So I entered the login details on e-filling but for some reason the system tells me that it's incorrect and after 3 attempts it get locked. So I call in and they verify all my sons details and mine and email me the temporally password THAT DOES NOT WORK! So I call in to ask them to resend me a different one and they tell me they unable to assist and that I need to go to SARS personally to have it reset. This after I was assisted just a few min before and having confirmed all my details and having stood in long queues the year before keeping in mind that my son is only 3yrs old. Spoke to a team leader as the manager was not available conveniently. The team leader just kept on saying sorry we can't help you sir.

What the is going on there. I pay so much tax and this is the service one gets to even submit your tax.
I hate this government sloppy system!!!
