ARROGANT AND NOT HELPFUL @ ALL

I could not log onto efiling & was told 2 contact SARS, I called & spoke to Fatima. I was asked to confirm the following: ID, Login; cell nr; Postal adres; Physical Adres; email adres & last 4 digits of my banking details. I gave her all the details & was told my email adres is not the same; I gave my previous physical adres & my current. She told me it's not the same on the system. She told me 2 hang on, she comes back on & tells me that my details are not correct on the system & I must go to a SARS office 2 update. I was furious, coz the whole time she sounded annoyed that my details were incorrect & was also arrogant did not want to listen to what I was saying but instead wanted me to listen to her. I managed 2 log on & chekd my 2012 Return, the only thing I had to correct on the form was my email adres (which was not even necessary coz the one on the 2012 form is also applicable) & I had 2 delete my postal adres as it's not applicable. I was on the fone wid her for 14minutes & she made it seem as if ALL my details were incorrect. She could have been polite and a bit more helpful than just telling me to go 2 a SARS office.
