Tried to contact your customer services 5 times today, just says high call volume, waited on hold for a good few minutes each time before the line finally drops.
tried other numbers but they cant email me my account info.
people I did speak to were clueless and really unable to help someone find a burger at macdonalds.
eservices system is ridiculously slow and inefficient. Also wont send me an activation email for the email billing option.
Please contact me and be in a position to help me sort out my account
