I have contacted Jhb Water dept numerously with regards to the billing of my account but their call centre is extremely inefficient! All I require is for my billing date to be changed as they bill every month on different days and then charge me interest! They gave an excuse of their backlogs in their billing system then on another call they say or no they dont think it can be done.
Today I asked them to escalate my query and they said they cant. We are working class people and do not have the time to sit for hours at the jhb water office as they are just as inefficient!
I would like for someone senior to contact me to sort this issue out!
