How Difficult can it be??

I applied for prepaid conversion on the 30 November 2013, made a payment on the 09 December 2013. I went to Randburg office several times only to be snubbed by the employees telling me that there is nothing they can do for me as they have submitted the application and I have to just wait. I was dealing with a man named Nkwane M who 'Lost' my application twice as every time I went there he said he couldn't see anything on the system and made a copy of the application that I had. He gave me his contact saying I can call him and check the status but he never answers and ends up switching the phone off. I am sick of these people and just want a simple conversion I have paid for, for goodness sake. I need to speak to somebody responsible enough to process this, how difficult can it be?
