I went and applied and paid registration fee on the last day of applications in september 2012 . In january i emailed to enquire and they kept telling me they have no record of my application. They then went on to ask for my proof of payment which i sent but still they failed to help me. They acknowledge that i paid but no one is willing to correct the fact that they lost my application and telling me about applying again next semesta. I didnt take a day off work to be told that they cant find my application and that i must wait second semesta. they are not even apologetic about it, no one is taking responsibility which i feel is absolute rubbish!!!
