Failure to answer calls and emails

I recently applied to Unisa and made the application payment of R100. A few weeks later I received a letter via post to say that they can not proceed with my application because the application fee was not paid. I then tried to contact them to provide proof of payment to them but no one answers. I have tried numerous numbers and email addresses and still no response. Registration begins in November and I can not yet confirm if my application is successful because no one answers. I can not let a year of studies be wasted just because they refuse to answer their phones.
