On Tuesday the 29th of January I lodged a call for a technician to come have a look at my water meter as its leaking, for two days i phone the call centre with the referance number to follow up to no avail! Today i get given another number - Kempton branch. i then call the kempton branch and they have no complaint lodge on the system! (surprising much!) my question is why do we have a call centre if they not doing their job? I am not impressed at all! so for two days the water has been leaking with me having to fit the bill because of incompetent "staff" members! Who is going to re-imburse me for the water wasted for 2 days???
