On 2-01-214 I called Ekurhuleni water and sanitation department as there was no water on my premises. Zandile logged a request with reference # 961818 and said someone will come with in 24hrs. No one came I called the next day on 3-01-2014 with no luck then i decided to drive to their office in Vlei street crystal park at 12h30. there was no one on the premises. i still do not have water it's a friday does that mean i must go back on monday
