I have reported a broken sewer pipe in my neighbours property 2 months ago. My neighbour does not live there as the property is still being built on. The neighbour has built over my sewer pipe and the Municipality approved his plans. Our street smells of sewer and other neighbours are also complaining. I think my neighbour bribed someone to approve the plans as he works for the government too.
