I have concern about the perfomance of this municipality, i submitted a request for refund on the 22 July 2013, i have been send from pillar to cost and always telling me problems i dont get any joy on this matter. i called Mr Ngobese last week he promised to came back to me.in addition to that i requested the munucipality to change the meter and out the prepaid electricity and they asked me to pay 3000.00 to change that which i did up now i am still waiting and they tell me that they are out of sock
