After getting no response on my Father funeral fund since the 12th of October 2012 i started phoning the GEPF's office. First they tell me that the documents was never received. I sent the documents again on the 29th of Jan 2013 and i still do net have the funds. The worst is i had to phone in 3 times today... first i get cut off before even talking to someone and the second time i get put on "hold" so that the consultant can check the status of the claim, instead she spends almost 2 minutes on her cellphone catting to her "Goggo" or whatever... then she drops the line in my ear... I mean really? Is this the kind of service we are getting in SA nowadays??
I would really like to get this solved by someone with higher power. This is really unacceptable..
