For the last couple of months I've been receiving fines from this traffic department and the issue is that you can clearly see that it is not my car in the picture, I drive a chev spark lite, the car in the picture is a BMW 3 series
I have 5 outstanding fines according to them, in a different province about 500km from me, the car driving with fake plates do not have any worries but they come after me

no one wants to help its to easy to sit back and try to rip people off!!!
