September 2010, I engaged Mjila & Partners to handle the Late Estate of M.T. Kheswa, It is at utter disappointment that at we are in our 3rd year and this matter is not finalized. What hurts most is that this late estate does not have money instead there is a debt which is a house that FNB requires its money but because the children of her deceased Husband late B.M. Kheswa occupied the house claiming that the house belongs to their father. In many occasion I tried to engage both the attorney dealing with my mother's late estate M.T. Kheswa which is Mjila & Partners and also the attorney on behalf of FNB which is Rorich Wolmarans & Luderitz but some how it is just a spinning ball and now one seem to be interested in resolving this matter.
My last resort was to contact Dept of Justice and wrote to Christel Puley and see mentioned that Mjila & Partner must exercise Section 42 Endorsement to allow the sale of this property out of the Late Estate. This too fell in deaf ears and all I want is to have my late Mother's matters to be concluded so that I can heal and move on with my life. I am hopeful that HellPeter's team will find the solution in this matter. Many Thanks
