My mother passed away in 2009, the estate was handed over to Hannes Van Wyk Attorney's in 2011, to date the estate has not been settled even though my moher had such a little money, every time you phone them they say 21 days or two weeks this has been going on for a year now, the last straw now is that the money should have been paid out by the end of March, and today was told that the master of supreme courts had lost her file, and that they could not pay out. it seems like more excuses to get more interest on what little money there is.
