I cannot believe they've done it again. I had the same problem a couple of years ago and after battling for what seemed for ever they finally stopped trying to take money out of my account for a service I did not sign up for.
This morning I got an sms to notify me of a debit that's gone off my account - R62.50 (Bank Ref 3941) Ref MD1223506/1. I called the bank and was given the following number 0860 109 529 - no one to talk to on this number except for the automated answering system which keeps you holding for ever and then gives you an email address that doesn't not work - [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] - both address' bounced back.

Another email has now also been sent to their customer service email address.
A refund of R62.50 is to be paid back to Ms. J. Malan within 3 working days from today, failing which this matter will be forwarded to the FSB for further action.
