From January 2013 to April 2013 I did not receive any billing, was away overseas on return dis covered amounts over and above contract ie R269 a month in the amount of R765.09 over the period when no billing was received. On enguireing on the 30th April was informed that by Kedibone Mkwanazi at Mtn that the charges were debits on my account were from Opera Telecom which if i had received my billing I would have been able to resolve before I went away. For 3 years I received my billing at the email address I submitted to you, at the end of December some one at Mtn decided to revert to my old Email address which was lpatterson @ hca can not remember the rest as last used when I lived in Durban. The above mentioned person submitted a request on my behalf for a credit to [Email Removed] cc to [Email Removed] this day I have not heard from that organisation, my contention is that if I had received billing I would not have incurred the large amounts I have been charged. I feel that Mtn should also bear some of the cost as it was THEIR ERROR IN THE FIRST PLACE by emailing billing to the incorrect email address. Thank you Wendy Patterson
