My mother&father (in-laws) were using the same account, last year August my father passed on and the account was freezed so my mother had to open a new account&she did. We went to the Department of Edu in Sasolburg as that is where we are staying to ask about the process to follow they gave us a document to complete and told us that we must return it to them they will hand deliver it to Bloemfontein, we submitted 2 times to no luck then we decided to post it ourselves&I phoned in February they confirmed that they have recived it only then&they paid it into her new account on 8th and the other around the 25th of March but the problem started again in March (end) payment went back into the old account, I phoned to query this they apologised and promised to pay by last week Friday but till to date no payment has been recieved, I phoned again today and the lady at the call centre told me that it hasn't been paid then I asked if they will add interest as I don't understand if they were able to pay into the correct account in March y did they pay into the old account again, they can clearly c that the money returns into their account for the past 3 months, she trnsfed me da fone was drope
