How is this acceptable? Ekurhuleni do not answer ANY of the many telephone numbers listed on the account! They have started charging our company for some new erf from July 2013 & I have no idea why - then you try & phone to query, and NOBODY, EVER answers ANY of their lines!!! I have been trying to get hold of them for a few months now! Yet when you do not pay the account, they take legal action against you - but you cannot query as they never answer. I have even tried faxing a letter to them - still no response whatsoever!!! Surely the council MUST answer their phones at least, even if they do nothing else at work all day???
