I have been trying for sometime to contact the Boksburg municipality on 011 999 5100 to query my account, but they never answer and then after holding on for sometime the call gets cut. How are we supposed to do what we need to do if we can't even speak to anyone?
We also work so can't always take off to go to the municipality to sort out problems. I thought the call center was there to help people, not make their lives more complicated.
This is business, how can it be run this way? Do you not care about your customers? The only time you do worry is when you don't get paid, the rest of the time you basically tell us to off.
