Please could somebody explain to me why I have been holding and still holding on for someone at the
Germiston Service Delivery Centre to answer the phone.

Surely there has to be more than one person answering calls???

I never get my account on time and to save being charged interest I have to call for the outstanding amount.
Every month it takes me days to get through to these people, just to pay what I owe.

You have to listen how the word Ekurhuleni means place of peace. What a load of rubbish!
By the time someone answers you are so frustrated you are not at peace.

On ending this message, I am still holding on and it has now been 56 minutes.

Very annoying.
