I paid my electricity account for the amount of R3800.00 as total due on my Invoice. Today at about 11:00 I received a final notice letter with the amount of R12884.14 on, I phoned the following numbers: 011 999 1330/1331/0483/0467 that was given on the final notice since 11:30 and the phones just rings. HOW THE must I sort my account out if they can't even answer the phones. I am working and can't take off to go to their offices. SO WHAT MUST I DO!!!
