I am Rosei since July this year I have been going to Dept of Labour for my UIF and up today haven't received it. They have been asking for one document from same company over and over and I keep bringing it. Last month the consultant that helped me told me that they got all documents I must wait 5working days my money will be processed and 2weeks went by still no money. I decided to call them asking the reason for delay and I was told again the same documents I have been driving up and down for is what is holding my UIF. I'm under debt problem as I have no other source of income and my debtors are tired of me giving the same excuse. I bearly feed my family ain't fair. There was no urgument when they received my money, why is it a hassle to give me what's due to me of which I am not even borrowing but claimming what is rightfully my money.
