I have been calling the municipal number which is 0860103089 from friday and received the reference number 1005520817 and they told me that same day or the next morning they will be able to assist us. I then called again yesterday morning and afternoon which they told me that their people tried calling me and I did not pick up the phone and this was a surprise to me because I did not have any missed call from them or anyone else for that matter. I then received another reference number 1005521921 that was yesterday at 15h30 and since then I have not seen them or heard anything. I now do know what to do.
