We had a problem for my money to be place in to other account. We had a letter from the bank. So the lady said it can't be done. But in my profession if you can't get it done. You call on higher Management. Or ask for help. What she did not. She did not even had a smile. It was to much work for her to help us.
previously the workers in Sars where always friendly and tried there best to help. I really don't now what happened
