I reported a matter to the Public Protector, only to receive a letter that protected the Government department I reported. Despite the proof we provided, that showed we did everything correctly, we were basically called "'s". We were given 10 (ten) days to respond, which we did. Now there is no response at all. No feedback, no acknowledgement of our correspondence, nothing. They should be called the "Government" protector not the "Public" protector. I guess after the 10 (ten) days is up they will come back and say we did not respond, again, despite the obvious proof. Who do we report the Public Protector to???
