Incorrect Amounts Causes More Delay!!!

I made an initial inquiry as to what amounts was outstanding to get my water reconnected. The amount given was R9300 and paid yesterday 11.30am.
I then made another call to find out if re connection order has been send reference number 101875158. I was told that it wasn't but they looked up the payment and told me it was now created.

I called this morning again just to find out no re connection order was send as their was an outstanding amount on another account. This should have been told to me at the first place so that I could have made this payment yesterday with the other account.

I do not except that it can take anything to 48 hours from now it will be up to 48 hours from 11.30 yesterday. Please get the water reconnected as a matter of urgency.

We also never received any warning letter. It was not delivered. Water is a right and now 3 families is without because of the incompetence of your team
