False marketing - S4 offe

I have switched to FNB and applied for S4 offer via sms. Yesterday afternoon I had a missed call and sms to call FNB with reference number supplied. This morning I called the number and quoted the reference number, but to be told that I missed the 10 day period of opening an account and applying for the S4, therefore I do not meet the requirements. After a lengthy argument with the consultant, I requested the T & C in writing since it was not on the website or visible to myself. To my disgust I was told it is not written anywhere but when capturing the application telepathically, they do mention this clause.

Here is my message to FNB, the main reason for my switch was based on your marketing "THE MOST INNOVATIVE BANK IN THE WORLD" and the S4 offer. Since your innovation is apps and not staff members based, I am left with the S4 offer and should the deal not go through will just cut your innovative cards into pieces and stick with any banks that care about customer service.
