We logged a call to 0123589999 with tshepo on saturday morning at 09:30 saying tbat our electricity was off. Reference number 184/13. We were told that they would attend to tbe matter and resolve the problem in beyween 6 and 10 bours. We called again at 18:00 and were given a new reference no 374/13, the same evening and were told that the problem had been resolved on their system, even though we still did not have electricity. We called 6 times again with the last callbeing at 01:00am on sunday morning and eventually gave up on waiting for service delivery and made alternative arrangements for the oxygen dependant patient with the help of family. It is now 10:35 more than 24 hours after the first call was logged and our 3rd reference number 58/14.
