No notice for Cut-Off and unwilling to reconnect

My electricity was cut off on Wednesday evening without any email notice, they said they send me an sms to a number that I'm not using anymore. I never changed the nr with them because they communicated with me via email in the past. This company could not care less about their "clients" between 16h00 and 08h00 where they are conveniently unreachable.
In a very confusing cut-off letter they give you TWO amounts on the letter to pay, the first is your outstanding amount. The second is a "Credit Notice" amount of R555 (RIDICULOUS) which they say would be displayed on your next statement. They do NOT give you one full amount to pay to reconnect your electricity.
So the next morning 09h00 i pay my outstanding amount, at 14h30 they let me know i still owe them the "credit notice" amount. Which i then pay at 14h30 so that they can reconnect me. It is now the next morning after i paid and my electricity is STILL not on.
After fours years with them i was late to pay twice. They do not care to contact you, they just went ahead and disconnect you and then ask you a ridiculous amount of money to reconnect your electricity, R555? Really? They are worse than a bunch of loan.
