I am a resident at the new RBA development in Braamfischerville EXT 14. I moved to house number 18992 Abacus Street on the 18th of December 2012. I was very happy to move in until the water from the geyser started getting cold. For the entire December and January the water was luke warm and sometimes hot due to it being a solar geyser and getting heat from the sun. Major problems started when the geyser started leaking and there was water all over my bedroom roof. I then called RBA to get someone to sort it out however it has just been a nightmare.
The site manager (Johan) came to my house on the 11th of February to try and sort it out however the geyser only worked for a day or two and then the water got cold. I've had to contact RBA countless times on a weekly basis to come fix it however as I said the geyser only worked for a day or two and then stopped working.
I think in the 4 months I've had this problem I have their number on speed dial and it has now become a daily routing. The most recent e-mail that was sent to the manufacturers (Tulip) was on Wednesday 2013/05/15 who came to my house but found no fault with the geyser and advised that it is an electrical
