I have been to Sars Randburg 3 times during December 2012 to update my banking details so that my refund can be processed, and not once was there a problem with my paperwwork, but yet it has more than 21 working days and still no refund.

If i owed SARS money, they would be adding interest and penalty like it was Christmas.

I can't understand why such a simple thing as updating 1s banking details is taking so long? Others i know have updated their details and recieved their refund in under a week!

Almost every 2nd day i call the call center and they give me diff stories, this is so frustrating!
