Efused to help us with information on my brother who is missing since last week Tuesday, his car is at the station but they refused to say if he was arrested or not. a personal friend seen his picture on news24 (dont know how true that is). they refuse to understand that we work far from de deur and that its not possible to get there before 3:30 in the afternoon to see this kernel. all the officers are very reluctant to help and have attitudes. we mentioned to them that we know where these drug dealers are and that we would like to step in and help get them locked up but they told us that we armatures and they not interested. what kind of service is this? it enough that we struggle to get through because they don't answer the phones and have no phone manners now this. i stay in Florida and the SAPS here is amazing compared to there. ITS TOTALLY PATHETIC AND maybe they need a captain, station commander and kernel MORE COMPETENT!!!
