I work in a cellphone shop where a customer refused to reason and went to the police station to complain. The consumer later returned with a warrant officer and a constable. A fellow colleague asked the consumer to explain his case to the officers. After hearing his ridicule story that he cannot see the phone in the sun the officers asked the consumer to leave as his complaint was ridiculous and we had offered to help him. When leaving the shop the warrant officer told the consumer he should not buy phones from us makule's another word for so I told him he should not address us as makule's but he insisted on it he shouted at me and refused to give me his name. I told him it is my right to know his name as he came to investigate the matter he refused walked out and standing at his double cab police van shouts out you guys are makule's. I thereafter called the station to inquire the names of the officers and was told I can't receive the names I demanded to speak to the station commander who was not in at the time and was finally given the names of the officers by the acting station commander. I refuse to be harassed and insulted by fools who claim to be officers of th
