I had a problem with my electricity, I called the call center and they gave me a refrence saying that they will send someone urgently to attend to my query, I call again they said they will send a stand by which will come before 22:00. At 22:40 I spoke to a guy by the name off Anele who told me that there is someone who is coming who is still attending other queries, while I was questioning him he ran out of patience and said, "to tell you the truth mam, no one is coming". All the agents have been lying while m stuck without electricity for 3 hours. I then spoke to his supervisor Mary, who took his side and said he was reading what he saw on the system, she started passing the buck saying the early shift agents gave the wrong information.
