I just received an sms from a so called Constable Zwane asking me to contact him regarding a caes opened against me at SAPS, and says for more info i must contact 0604805071... I did not as i believe that a summons needs to be served as the plaintiff needs to have your details in order to open a case against you. I belive this is another hoax or in order to get peoples details. How can someone be contacted via sms to notify her that she has a case at SAPS That does not make sense at all! What a Government we serve.
