I sold my property in Faerie Glen a year ago and it was transferred to the new owners. I am still receiving accounts for rates and taxes, and I have still not received the refund that I am supposed to get for paying more than R8, 000 in advance to get a clearance certificate in order to be able to reigster transfer of the property. Despite various attempts at sorting this out, I have still had no joy.
