This was been the 4th day with power outages in Klipspruit West. I personally called the Call Centre on 011 375 5555, with no feedback from the call centre agents. They are rude and unhelpful. Do they get paid for saying"Our technicians are working on the problem" When asked to speak to a manager or superior, you are put on hold and the phone cuts. Residents in Klipspruit have been experiencing this problem frequently with no feedback as to what the real issue is. It is also a cable fault or cable, surely if it happened once then "whoever" is in charge should make provision that the problem that does occur again. No notice is given as to when the power will go off and when it will come back on. Do we just sit back and let this happen from time to time?? Enough is Enough! The power went off this morning again and still off and no one can tell you by when this will be fixed. I urgently require feedback on this issue.
