For the past month we have had outages at least twice a week and it always happens at the same day and day weekly!!! When you call the call centre, all they can say is that it is a faulty cable and technicians are working on it. Cannot give an estimate time, nothing!! Sounds like they actually know nothing!!! Why weekly, why dont they fix it the 1st time properly!!! Increased rates and this is what we get!!! Almost 12 hours with no electricity on new years! Well done City Power!!!
