Terrible service

I write this letter in utter frustration at the eThekwini Municipality Electricity Department. We are continuously faced with an ongoing problem of power outages. This happens at least 2-3 times a month. When we log a fault with the call centre there are certain people that assist in ensuring our power is restored speedily however there are times were are left without power for days. When technicians come out as well certain technicians take less than 5 minute to sort out the problem however others say they cannot do anything and other departments need to sort it out. Whenever you call the call centre as well they all give you different versions of what is happening. As for the heads of department they are of no help to. Whenever you call to speak to the head of the Electricity Department (Sandile Maphumulo) he is always out or in meetings also Veeran Ramprith promises to call back but never does. We have requested on numerous occasions to be moved of the circuit but to date nothing has transpired. Despite numerous times we have encountered power outages our bills still come the same. I can't understand as to why this problem is not sorted out once and for all.
