This department exists in name only. Nobody works at the call centre and nobody responds to emails My lists of complaints will fill a journal. Have requested an assessment i.r.o. year 2010, and although I have already been assessed for 2012, cannot for the life of me get the 2010 assessment. Even went so far as to request the outstanding amount for the 2010 period, but again total silence. Many months ago I received a lawyers letter informing me that judgment was pending against me for the outstanding account. I patiently spent many hours explaining that I cannot get any info from the commissioners office, and even the lawyers gave up after a while. Try and phone the call centre. The frustration one goes through is like wanting tocommit something unmentionable. Whether you try the so called call centre at 7 a.m. or 4 p.m. it is manned by ghosts. Where does one go from here?
